What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the website vertara.ai, operated by Eksporto atradimai, MB (company code 304526374). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please don't use it.

They cover the website. They are not the terms of any work we might do for you — see “Client engagements are governed separately” below.

What this website is

vertara.ai is an information site: it describes what we do, how we work and what it typically costs, and it gives you a way to get in touch. There are no accounts to create and nothing to buy here.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quotation, or professional advice for your particular situation. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, and we are not obliged to reply to every enquiry.

Client engagements are governed separately

If we end up working together, that work is set out in a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timeline, ownership of what we build, and confidentiality. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed agreement between us, the signed agreement wins.

Using the contact form

• Give us accurate information — it is the basis on which we answer you.
• Don't send unlawful or infringing material, and don't submit someone else's personal data unless you have a legal basis for doing so.
• Don't send us anything you consider confidential before we have a confidentiality agreement in place. Describe the problem; keep the secrets until there's an NDA.

Figures and timelines on this site

Statements such as “live in 3–6 weeks”, descriptions of returns, and any numbers shown in examples are indicative. They are drawn from previous work and stated assumptions, and they depend on the situation, the systems involved and how quickly decisions get made on your side.

They are illustrations, not promises. What we actually commit to is written into the signed agreement — nowhere else.

Intellectual property

The site — its text, structure, design system, imagery, and code — belongs to Eksporto atradimai, MB or to its licensors. You are welcome to read it, link to it, and quote from it briefly with attribution. Republishing substantial parts as your own, or reusing the design, needs our written permission.

Company names, logos and trademarks belonging to others remain theirs and appear here for identification only.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, move or remove any part of it at any time, including these terms.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, we don't control what's on the other end and aren't responsible for it. A link isn't an endorsement.

Liability

To the fullest extent Lithuanian law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business or lost data arising from your use of this site or from relying on its content.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence are unaffected.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes that we cannot settle between us fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
