AI agency in Lithuania
Vertara builds custom AI systems for mid-market companies in Lithuania and across Europe: manufacturing, B2B export, logistics and professional services. Not a deck and not advice, but a working system inside the tools you already use.
Systems, not slides.
The phrase covers everything from slide decks to a single chatbot. For us it means three concrete jobs, done in order — and then we stay.
Why a team based in Lithuania.
A foreign agency with a “Lithuania” landing page never sees your processes. This is where the difference shows up in daily work:
Data flow matters more than data readiness.
We build the pipes that move your data; we don't wait for it to be perfect.
What it costs and when it pays back.
We model the return in two scenarios from your real volumes before we build anything.
Common questions.
Do you only work with Lithuanian companies?
No. Lithuania is the primary market, but we work with companies elsewhere in Europe too. The practical differences are usually the language your documents arrive in and where the data is stored, and both are settled during design.
Do the systems meet GDPR requirements?
We deploy inside your environment with least-privilege access, and the automation layer can be self-hosted on your own servers so sensitive data never leaves your infrastructure. You can review the architecture during the Blueprint, before any build starts.
Do the systems handle Lithuanian?
Yes. Solutions are tested against your own Lithuanian email and documents before launch rather than against English samples. If you operate in several languages, the same process covers them.
Do we need our own IT team?
No. Most of our clients have no separate IT department. Systems are designed so day-to-day running sits with your own team, with larger changes handled by us as needed.
How does an engagement start?
With a free 30-minute call. You describe the process, and we tell you straight whether AI can fix it and roughly what it is worth. No pitch deck and no obligation.
Sectors we build for.
Four sectors where manual back-office work quietly caps growth. If yours is not listed it does not mean we cannot help — the process only has to repeat and follow rules.
Manufacturing
The ones where a person moves data between an email, the ERP and a document. In manufacturing that is almost always quoting and supplier invoice entry.
Logistics
The ones that repeat with every shipment. Document capture and status requests give the largest return, because their volume grows directly with turnover.
B2B trade & export
The ones that repeat with every enquiry. Quoting and taking orders from email are the usual first step, because there delay turns directly into lost deals.
Professional services
The ones that repeat across clients and require no judgement. Client intake and standard document drafting are the usual first step, because that time is not billable.Tell us about the workflow eating your team.
